Victor Medina-San Andrés, born on September 25th, 1974 in Guayaquil, Ecuador is an American filmmaker that came to the United States in 1990.

After completing high school in Virginia Beach he moved to New York City to study design. Working with different design and furniture showrooms in the City; he quickly built his clientele and opened his own company called Modern Loft Design Group.

After a few years of design work, he decided to travel to expand his horizons and gain different perspective on his work and life. During the course of three years he traveled all over South America, Europe and the west coast of Africa.

After his return, he started consulting for few companies and got the opportunity to work in a short film called Psychonaut. Since then Victor's film career took off; he has worked as
a Production Designer and Art Director but also as an actor along with Elijah Wood and Chris Klein. He got discovered while working on The System Within by music video director Dale Resteghini. In addition, he also helped produced feature Victoriana, and his name is attached to the action film Malek, currently in development.

His favorite cities are Paris and Rio de Janeiro.
He's a contributor to The American Film Institute (AFI).
